FHF signalling Hooters are designed for warning, calling and indicating purposes. The Ex certified units can be used in areas with explosion atmospheres in group II and for rough ambient conditions. The protection type for Ex certified bells is II2 G Ex de IIC T5/T6 this signalling device can be used without restriction in all areas with explosive atmospheres in zones 1 and 2. The signalling hooter produces a sound volume of approx. 105dB(A) at 1 meter distance.
The explosion protection is given through the flameproof chamber and
the chamber “increased safety”. The
flameproof chamber contains the
electromagnetic drive system and, for
the dRGH21, an additional telephone
calling relay. The signal membrane is
mounted outside of the flameproof
room beneath a closing cap with the
appropriate sound control. The housing
is made of GRP thus guaranteeing
protection against corrosion.
Furthermore the construction is lowweight
and highly robust. All DC versions
are equipped with an electronic contact
breaker which considerably increases
service life compared with other
commercially available devices.
The signalling hooter mHP 11 was developed for warning, calling and indicating purposes in zone 1 and 2 environment. The hooter produces a sound volume of approx. 108 dB(A) at 1 m distance. It can be delivered in most common voltages. The driver system consists of a strong, non-pda rised electromagnet, whose striker hits the diaphragm between 100 and 120 times a second. All DC versions are equipped with an electronic contact breaker.
The signalling hooter mHP 12 was developed for warning, calling and indicating purposes in zone 1 and 2 environment. The hooter produces a sound volume of approx. 108 dB(A) at 1 m distance. It can be delivered in most common voltages.
The signalling hooter mHG 11 was developed for warning, calling and indicating purposes in zone 1, 2, 21 and 22 environment. The hooter produces a sound volume of approx. 108 dB(A) at 1 m distance. It can be delivered in most common voltages.
The HPW 11 signalling hooter is a signalling device for warning and calling which, thanks to its sturdy housing, can be used indoors in both dry and damp rooms as well as outside. The version with telephone call relay allows the device to be used as an additional, loud acoustic signalling device for a telephone.
The HPW 12 signalling hooter is a signalling device for warning and calling which, thanks to its sturdy housing, can be used indoors in both dry and damp rooms as well as outside.
The HGW signalling hooter is a signalling device for warning and calling which, thanks to its sturdy housing, can be used indoor in both dry and damp rooms as well as outside. The seawater-proof aluminium housing makes the device also suitable for use on ships as well.
The signalling hooter HGK is used for indicating, calling and warning purposes. The rugged, sealed housing (protection degree IP 65) enables a wide array of applications, both in dry and damp rooms, as well as outdoors.
The HP hooter is a small, loud signalling device used for calling, warning and indicating purposes in dry and damp rooms. Thanks to its small dimensions, it can also be used in cramped conditions. The plastic housing is made of impactresistant thermoplastic (ABS). The sound source is a sturdy capsule system avail able for all usual DC and AC supply voltages.
The HPO hooter is a small, loud signalling device used for calling, warning and indicating purposes in dry and damp rooms. Thanks to its small dimensions, it can also be used in cramped conditions.
