The signalling light is used to regulate traffic in danger zones like, for example, gateways, parking lots or track systems. It is also used in filling plants and as status indicators for machines. The housing, front plates and sun screens are made of high-grade, highly UV-resistant plastic. The dispersion lenses are sealed against dust and water with a heat and cold-resistant neoprene rubber gasket. The lamp consists of a VAL 60 Watt traffic signalling bulb (SAM). Or an energy-saving LED module (SAM-LED).

The MSAM can be put to use wherever unambiguous signalling is necessary. Entries of parking houses and underground car parks, but also industrial use, e.g. in filling systems, are among the classic applications. All these applications require a really space-saving installation and the possibility of combining horizontal and vertical units. The integrated sun screen even allows for outdoor use, in direct sunlight. The housing is manufactured from an impact-resistant polycarbonate (PC, UL 49 VO f1). By means of a swan socket, which is secured by a screw, the upper part can be detached from the lower part. The lower parts are equipped with 5 - 7 mm cable glands, as well as a cable gland M 20 (MSAM 140, 2x M 20) on the side. Due to the simple design, the individual housings can be combined in horizontal and vertical positions. The incandescent light
versions are equipped with coloured prism lenses, whereas the LED versions use a clear lens with colours provided by the LEDs.

With its modular, stylish housing the Indicating Light Profi Lux can be mounted on the wall or standing. The indicating light is available with 6 different caps and 2 different standard housing colours. By design, the device conforms to protection degree IP 54 and is suited for inside and outside use . The modular housing design enables a variety of solutions with regard to design and function. All housing parts are made of impactresistant ABS. The socket is equipped with a Ba 15d holder for an incandescent lamp of max. 15 W. In addition to the standard housing colours, optional colours may be available, depending on the number of devices ordered.
